Lunch & Learn: The Congressional Delegation and the Federal Emergencies Act

Join UGA’s Richard B. Russell Library for a lunch and learn series focused on developing a better understanding of Congress. Civic Knowledge, Civic Power invites guest speakers to give brief talks on topics connected to the history and function of this branch of government, followed by informal discussion. In this talk, Anthony Madonna will discuss the 1976 Federal Emergencies Act.
