With numerous graduate students and faculty working on topics in environmental and agricultural history, the Department of History at UGA creates a socially and intellectually vibrant scholarly community in these fields. The UGA History Department hosts the Workshop in the History of Agriculture and Environment, seeking to promote scholarship in the fields of agricultural and environmental history.
