The Dirty History workshop provides a space for the further development of interdisciplinary, historically-grounded scholarship around issues of agriculture, environment, and capitalism. This month's session features Thomas Rogers, Associate Professor of History at Emory University, whose paper is part of a book project about Proálcool, Brazil's national alcohol-production program.
