Faculty and graduate students are invited to join us on Friday, November 8th at 3:30 in 320 LeConte to discuss the paper “Unsettling the Steppe: The Limits of Agricultural Expansion in Inner Mongolia, 1890-1930” with its author, Sakura Christmas, Assistant Professor of History and Asian Studies, Bowdoin College.
