Louis Nelson (University of Virginia) will meet with students to discuss Educated in Tyranny: Slavery at Thomas Jefferson's University (UVA Press, 2019), the volume he co-edited with Maurie McInnis (University of Texas). We have twenty copies of the book to give away free to students who are interested in participating. Please email history@uga.edu to RSVP and to obtain a free copy of the book.
