Pulitzer Prize-winning author Edward Larson to present UGA Charter Lecture Pulitzer Prize-winning historian and legal scholar Edward Larson will return to the University of Georgia to deliver the Charter Lecture titled "George Washington and America's Second Revolution." Larson taught at UGA for two decades, serving as chair of the history department as well as the Richard B. Russell Professor of American History and holder of the Herman E. Talmadge Chair of Law.
